咽(yan)炎(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)可(ke)(ke)分為(wei)急性(xing)(xing)咽(yan)炎(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)和(he)慢(man)(man)(man)性(xing)(xing)咽(yan)炎(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)。急性(xing)(xing)咽(yan)炎(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)為(wei)咽(yan)部(bu)黏膜(mo)及(ji)黏膜(mo)下(xia)組(zu)織的(de)急性(xing)(xing)炎(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)癥(zheng)。咽(yan)淋巴(ba)組(zu)織常(chang)被累及(ji)。炎(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)癥(zheng)早期可(ke)(ke)局限,隨病情進展常(chang)可(ke)(ke)涉(she)及(ji)整(zheng)個咽(yan)腔,以秋冬及(ji)冬春(chun)之交(jiao)較常(chang)見。慢(man)(man)(man)性(xing)(xing)咽(yan)炎(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)又稱(cheng)慢(man)(man)(man)性(xing)(xing)單純性(xing)(xing)咽(yan)炎(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan),較多(duo)見。病變主要在黏膜(mo)層,表現(xian)為(wei)咽(yan)部(bu)黏膜(mo)慢(man)(man)(man)性(xing)(xing)充(chong)血。
1.適宜食材
- 1、多吃新鮮蔬菜;2、多吃含纖維的水果;3、飲食以清淡易消化為主。
2.禁忌食材
- 1、忌食煎炸類的食物;2、忌食辛辣刺激性食物;3、少食腌制類的食物。
